An investigation will be made to take a closer look at the autopsy results before determining a cause of death. According to TMZ, Cameron Boyce reportedly suffered from epilepsy and his roommates found him unresponsive after he suffered a seizure.

Many of Cameron’s co-stars have been sharing messages about him after his death was announced. He has multiple projects that will be released after his death, including the highly anticipated Descendants 3, where he will be reprising his role as Carlos, the son of Cruella de Vil. He also finished filming Runt, an upcoming thriller movie, and had a recurring role in HBO’s new series, Mrs. Fletcher.

Cameron’s dad also posted a message on Twitter, thanking everyone for their sweet words after it was announced that he had died. “I’m overwhelmed with the love and support our family has received,” he wrote. “It really does help to ease the pain of this nightmare I can’t wake up from. I can’t thank you guys enough.”

There is no word on when the cause of death will be revealed or how long the investigation will take.
