I currently live in Bloomfield Hills with my mom, two brothers and two cats. I started playing classical violin at a young age. Early on, I really did not like playing or practicing, and definitely never thought of music as a possible career path (I w..

The fifth season of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee premiered on Netflix over the weekend, offering comedy fans the chance to once again watch the iconic Jerry Seinfeld talk life and laughter with the likes of Zach Galifianakis, Ellen Degeneres, and eight other famous comedians. The show works like a hybrid between a talk-show and a podcast, with Seinfeld having a 20-minute conversation with another comedian that allows them to riff and get a bit deeper on certain topics, without getting too deep. It’s this simple, engaging formula that allowe..
Don't Sweat Oscar Academy Snub
... Kobe Will Get In!!
6/22/2018 12:10 PM PDT
Kobe Bryant's ex-teammate is going to bat for the future NBA Hall of Famer ... with Matt Barnes telling TMZ Sports Kobe will end up in the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences someway, somehow.
Remember, Bryant was just denied entry into the exclusive club, despite winning the Academy Award for Best Animated Short for "Dear Basketball."
Barnes was at an Athletes vs. Cancer event at Skybar on Thursday where he told us Kobe's bounced back from far worse Ls in his career ... and he expects to see the same thing with the Academy membership.
"They're gonna make it tough on him, but I know he's a hard worker," Barnes told us ... "One way or another, he'll end up in there."
For the record ... Kobe did win two NBA championships AFTER losing two (he finished with five rings total) ... so, sounds like Barnes might be on to something here.
'Black-ish' Star Marsai Martin
About My Movie Deal!!!
6/22/2018 11:12 AM PDT
Marsai Martin -- best known for playing daughter Diane on the hit series "Black-ish" -- might be on her way to being the next mega-rich child star ... with a little luck.
The 13-year-old actress will star in an upcoming film titled "Little," and according to her contract -- obtained by TMZ -- she's guaranteed to bank $200,000 for her role ... with a possibility of an additional $300k based on how much money it hauls in.
Not only is Martin starring in the film, she's listed as an executive producer as well.
It gets better, potentially, for Marsai -- if "Little" is a big enough success to land a sequel ... she'll score another $400k and up to $600k in box office bonuses. That's a cool MIL for the sequel if you're keeping track.
Marsai will get way more wealthy if there's a third installment of the "Little" franchise -- $80..
My Disneyland Muscle's
Outta This World
6/25/2018 10:38 AM PDT
Natalie Portman knows how to make an entrance at Disneyland -- Cute kiddo in tow? Check. Stormtrooper as your muscle? No doubt!
Natalie and her family hit up The Happiest Place on Earth on Sunday where they got the royal treatment. The entire family was there ... hubby Benjamin Millepied, 1-year-old Amalia and 7-year-old son, Aleph.
They hit up It's a Small World and Big Thunder Mountain, but with Queen Amidala in town, it was a no-brainer that she also sit in for a 'Star Wars' show. Some of the kids, including Aleph, took the stage for a lightsaber show against Amidala's grandson, Kylo Ren.
But no doubt stealing the scene was baby girl Amalia ... who couldn't look any cuter avoiding the sun with her pink floppy hat. Adorbs!

The 108th celebration of Father’s Day arrived today, and Hollywood figures (not to mention TV shows) were among those honoring dear old Dad with remembrances, brunch, electronics, ugly ties and some good scotch. A waggish Mark Hamill (who tweeted a pic of Darth Vader’s helmet), Incredibles 2 director Brad Bird and Gwyneth Paltrow (progressively nodding to both ex Chris Martin and current partner Brad Falchuk) were among those socializing about Dad.
The ersatz holiday began when a young woman in..
Stories come tumbling out of Tiffany Haddish's mouth so quickly and uproariously it can be hard to contain them, much less try to squeeze them all into a single profile.
Such was the case when The Hollywood Reporter hopped aboard a flight from San Francisco to New York with comedy's fastest rising star — or its new queen, as THR's first comedy issue dubbed her — for the week's cover story. But rather than let the outstanding tales and other intel from Haddish gather dust on ..
