While most of us can’t wait to slip into sandals and flip-flops on the beach, pregnant Meghan Markle kept it chic in a pair of flat pumps.
The 37-year-old and her husband Prince Harry were joining barefoot lifeguards – all dressed in shorts – for a beach clean-up in Melbourne, Australia.
The Duchess of Sussex ditched her nude heels for a pair of black pointed flats by Rothy’s, £79, and held onto Harry’s arm as they walked over the sand.
Since joining the royal family, Meghan has had to abide by ..

Considering the popularity of the fashion doc, McQueen seems long overdue.
Not only a fashion great, the late Alexander McQueen was among a handful of designers embraced by the art world. His clothes were inventive and political and his runway shows were unparalleled.
The audience actually gasped at his spring 1999 ready-to-wear show, for example, when robotic arms of the sort usually seen in a body shop splattered supermodel Shalom Harlow’s pouffy white dress with black paint.
At its best, M..

Hubert de Givenchy, the aristocratic French fashion designer famous for the "little black dress" and styling Audrey Hepburn and Jackie Kennedy, has died aged 91, his partner said Monday. Givenchy designed the famous black dress Hepburn wore in the opening scenes of "Breakfast at Tiffany's."
The designer set the template for ladylike chic in the 1950s and 1960s, and his restrained style still informs the way Britain's Queen Elizabeth II and older American and Chinese socialites dress.
His longtime partner, the former haute couture designer Philippe Venet, announced his death through the Givenchy fashion house, saying he had died in his sleep on Saturday.
"It is with huge sadness that we inform you that Hubert Taffin de Givenchy has died," it said in a statement to AFP.
It was Givenchy's 40-year friendship with Hepburn, who he met on the set of the Billy Wilder's Oscar-winning comedy "Sabrina" in 1953, that helped make him a fashion legend.

Having literally grown up in the fashion world, Brooke Shields, actress, model and author, knows a thing or two about how clothes should fit and make a woman feel. Now she’s adding another notch to her belt: fashion designer.

“I’m involved in every button, every zipper, every seam, every hem and every pocket,” the 52-year-old actress said. “..
