It’s a lot nicer than Archie Bunker’s place. And it’s as close as most fans of the man who played the cantankerous “Archie Bunker” are going to get to his fictional home. The actual former home of the late actor Carroll O’Connor and his wife, the late Nancy Fields O’Connor is being shopped around as a pocket listing, somewhere in the $20 million range. Located on the celebrity-favorite Broad Beach, the oceanfront pad includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two cabana rooms and a swimming pool, the Los Angeles Times reported. It also features smart home and solar energy technology. O’Connor, who starred in “All in the Family” and its spinoff, “Archie Bunker’s Place,” died in 2001. Nancy Fields O’Connor, a documentary producer, died in 2014.

Over in the Hollywood Hills, a Laurel View Drive property designed by renowned architect AF Leicht and formerly owned by late actor Marlon Brando hit the market. Built in 1926, the 4,360-square-foot estate features a circular tower, curbed walls, vaulted ceilings and a massive limestone fireplace, Curbed reported. It includes five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It’s listed for $3.8 million, nearly three years after selling for $3.1 million.

Television writer and producer Jack Kenny is also seeking to unload his home, located in the hills of Los Feliz. The “Jessica Jones” producer listed the 4,700-square-foot home for $5.2 million, Variety reported. It boasts five bedrooms, four bathrooms, terraced gardens, a wet bar and a Pilates studio. Kenny and his husband Michael Goodell — brother of NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell — paid $1.7 million for the property in 2001, records show. The Hollywood producer is behind shows like “Warehouse 13,” “Kevin (Probably) Saves the World,” and “Caroline in the City.”

Meanwhile, Emmy-winning actor Michael Chiklis has already found a new pad in Sherman Oaks, just one month after selling his previous digs. He paid just under $2.6 million for a 3,700-square-foot residence, complete with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Amenities include a courtyard, spa-style bathrooms, swimming pool and outdoor lounging deck, Variety reported. “The Shield” and “Gotham” actor recently sold his 5,800-square-foot estate, also in Sherman Oaks, for $4.7 million.
