American Cruise Lines has taken delivery of newest river ship American Jazz after successful sea trials last month.
The 190-passenger ship will spend next year on the Mississippi in New Orleans.
"The outlook for 2021 is tremendous and we look forward to American Jazz's first full season on the Mississippi, as well as the introduction of American Melody, the next new ship to follow," said CEO, Charles Robertson.
The American Jazz is the line's third vessel in the modern riverboat class after American Harmony, and American Song which launched over the past two years.
American Jazz has six decks and an opening bow and retractable gangway.
Suites and staterooms have full-size sliding glass doors onto private balconies.
Public spaces include interior and outdoor lounges, a grand dining room, fitness center, a wellness and Yoga studio, and a top sundeck.
"American Jazz and the modern riverboats we currently have under construction demonstrate our commitment to leading the US river cruise market by adding new small ships each year," Robertson added.
