The 'Remember Me' star is really happy to know that her fiance finally decides to quit smoking as she absolutely despises the smell of smoke.
No more bad habits! As their upcoming nuptials is getting closer, it has been reported that Prince Harry decided to give up smoking cigarettes to please his fiancee Meghan Markle. And as everyone can already imagine, the California-born former actress couldn't be any happier about it.
A Palace insider told HollywoodLife.com that Meghan "is so happy that Harry quit smoking," as she "absolutely despises the smell of smoke and she always hated kissing Harry after he had been smoking." The insider noted that Harry always "uses a really strong breath freshener after he had a cigarette, but Meghan could still taste the tobacco, and smell the smoke on his clothes."
"Meghan knows how tough it was for Harry to quit, so she really appreciates him quitting just for her," the source continued. "Harry says it's the least he can do though, seeing as Meghan is moving to the other side of the world and giving up her acting career."
Harry and Meghan previously announced through Kensington Palace's Twitter account that their highly-anticipated nuptials would take place on May 19, 2018. It was also reported that Meghan had a special plan for her wedding gown, which was rumored to cost around $50,000.
"Meghan is huge into fashion and she is having a lot of fun coming up with the perfect wedding gown," a source close to the couple told HollywoodLife.com. "Meghan has been thinking of creative ways to incorporate Harry's late mother Diana's memory into the most important day of their life and so she has been in talks with Elizabeth Emanuel, Diana's wedding dress designer."
The insider added that the "Remember Me" star "loves timeless, romantic and simple designs so she is also considering her dear friend, designer Misha Nonoo, who helped introduce her to Harry, for a dress for her big day." The insider went on saying that her dress would likely "be kept a secret right up until the big day."
